10 Day Sleep Challenge

Let’s talk about sleep because I feel it is very important to our health, especially during this weird effed up time that we are experiencing. One of the best ways that we can support our immune system is to make sure that we are getting plenty of sleep.

Now is a perfect time for you and all of us to actually heal on a deeper level. We can take time to really focus on our health and our immune systems.

One of the easiest ways to support our immune systems is by making sure that we get plenty sleep! Sleep supports so many functions of the body and our body accomplishes a lot of it’s major tasks during our sleep.

  • Repairing anything that needs attention (sore muscles, a cut on your finger)
  • Detoxing the body, the liver does a lot of it’s work while we rest and recover.
  • Clearing our mind and creating memories.
  • The goal of the challenge is to be asleep by 10pm for 10 nights in a row. Sleep is something everyone can do that doesn’t require any special foods, tools or resources, and with most of us sheltering in place, why not get to bed early and take this time to support your health.

So starting today, we are going to work on getting in plenty of sleep. The goal is to be in bed by 10pm each evening for 10 days straight. 10 by 10 Sleep Challenge!

Everyone who participates in the challenge will be entered to win 2 one-on-one coaching sessions with me!
