This topic we are going to discuss today is at the CORE of my philosophy on how to get started creating a Radiant Life. It’s key to start the process of habit change. It’s how I personally approach anything new and it’s how I go about coaching my clients.
I’m spilling the beans here with you because I feel it’s that important and will help you this year with all your new intentions and any kind of new habit you’re looking to create.
This applies to everything so even with helping clients transition to a more Plant Based way of eating, we go about it this way.
It’s all about Adding IN before we start taking anything away. I feel so strongly about this that everything I do is from this perspective.
So what does this mean exactly? It means we are adding into our lives first before we start taking something away. We don’t remove anything or eliminate anything right away. We add in first. We go slow. We take our time to transition into something.

I'm not saying that we're constantly looking for the easy button but things do need to integrate into our lives in a way that doesn't seem intrusive or cause us a lot of frustration.
